I am Natasha, as well as teaching yoga I am also a Women’s Holistic Health & Wellness Coach.
I support women to awaken and remember who they are using my proven SHE framework which provides the tools to create a more happier, healthier, purposeful and empowered life rooted in self-belief and self-worth.
The SHE framework is a mind, body & soul modality that combines Positive Psychology, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Belief Coding®, Yoga, Somatic Movement, Meditation, Breathwork, Nutrition and other holistic healing tools.
My main focus is supporting women who have experienced trauma, or are navigating auto-immune, hormonal, reproductive, fertility, perimenopausal & menopause conditions. Our sessions together are tailored to meet you exactly where you are and can include all or just some of the elements of my SHE framework to empower you to take the required steps towards
creating hormonal balance in your life, and reaching your personal goals, your dreams and desires so you can become the best version of yourself.
I take a holistic approach to creating optimal health in all areas of our life and during our time together we will address the areas that are affecting your mind, body, energy, career, relationships, lifestyle to name but a few.

Belief Coding®️ is a quick & easy process that uses elements of Psychology, NLP, CBT, EFT, Meditation, Matrix-Reimprinting, Emotion Coding, Kinesiology and Energy Healing to safely tap into our subconscious mind to understand where certain thoughts, feelings and beliefs come from. In doing so we are able to reframe those beliefs by releasing the energetic blocks attached to them that stop us from achieving our full potential in life.
Belief Coding®️ can help in various areas of your life including health issues, addictions, relationships, unhelpful habits, phobias, mindset and so much more.
If you have an area of discomfort or a negative belief you would like to work on then this simple and effective technique may support you to transform your life.

Join me over 5 weeks to learn how to balance your hormones, regulate your nervous system and transforming your lifestyle through the practice of yoga.
Over the 5 weeks we will come together to explore our SELF & our HEALTH so that we can live more EMPOWERED and FULFILLED life’s rooted in self-belief, self-love and self-worth.
During the sessions we will delve deeper into specific women’s health topics such as hormonal imbalances, menstrual & reproductive health & menopause symptoms.
However, even if you are not effected by any of the above topics or are post menopause you are still welcome to join, as the course will support you to reconnect with your body & mind through the practice of yoga.
Plus your own experiences will be welcomed in our conscious conversations.
