Monthly Restorative and Yoga Nidra Class

This class will begin with floor based slow moving and gentle, restorative stretches to release tightness and deep rooted tensions and stresses stored in the physical, mental, and emotional bodies. To ensure complete relaxation you will supported by bolsters, blankets, blocks and straps
You will then be guided through a short Yoga Nidra (guided meditation) to calm and soothe the mind.
This class is suitable for all levels and is perfect for those who are recovering from injury or illness, stress and anxiety, sleep problems or to just simply relax. It can also balance and compliment more active styles of yoga.
