Slow Flow Sunday's

Sunday 9th February

10.00-11.00am

This slow, hatha flow class is perfect for a Sunday. You will be introduced to a more gentle vinyasa class with fewer transitions to help you find space between poses, whilst still retaining the gentle rhythm of a flow class.

Experience the meditative and calming effects of flowing through poses with the breath, whilst reaping the benefits of improved strength and flexibility.


Suitable for all levels, including beginners.

Restorative and Yoga Nidra Class

Sunday 9th February

11.15am -12.30pm

This class will begin with floor based slow moving and gentle, restorative stretches to release tightness and deep rooted tensions and stresses stored in the physical, mental, and emotional bodies. To ensure complete relaxation you will supported by bolsters, blankets, blocks and straps
You will then be guided through a short Yoga Nidra (guided meditation) to calm and soothe the mind.

This class is suitable for all levels and is perfect for those who are recovering from injury or illness, stress and anxiety, sleep problems or to just simply relax. It can also balance and compliment more active styles of yoga.

 

Shambhala Soul Sisters

Friday 14th February

Join us for our monthly Shambhala Soul Sisters women circle.
Suitable for all women, of all ages. The idea is to create a community space for women to come together with like minded people. 
With Valentines Day this month, the theme is all about love.

Valentine's Day ...
Normally dedicated to couples but
What if we celebrated the love for our self!?
What if it was about true, unconditional self-love and self-care?

Let's make that happen! A women's circle dedicated to celebrating our self, the power and love within us and self-care. No matter what your relationship status is. 

Often we seek love from others or we give it to others instead of our self. So it's time to create a special space for you!! 

We will acknowledge the blocks and emotions that may be holding us back from giving back to ourselves through journaling.
Learn to build your own practices to give back to your body.
Enjoy some Cacao with intention and take your physical body, into your heart space through a gentle flow to restorative yoga practice & yoga nidra (guided meditation)

Investment:£20 non-member/£16 members.

Deep Relaxation Class

Sunday 23rd February

11.00am-12.30pm

Price: £15 non-members

This monthly class focuses on complete deep relaxation by calming the flow of thoughts

and releasing tension from the body. A great way to energise and prepare yourself physically, mentally and emotionally for the week ahead.
 You will be guided through a sequence of Restorative poses followed by Pranayama (breathing exercises) which will help prepare your body for Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation) where the body becomes asleep but the mind remains awake.
We are then able to connect with our subconscious, unconscious and super conscious states of mind! The main goal of this class is to slow down and restore the mind and body.
This class is suitable for all levels.
