Slow Flow Sunday's
Sunday 8th December
This slow, hatha flow class is perfect for a Sunday. You will be introduced to a more gentle vinyasa class with fewer transitions to help you find space between poses, whilst still retaining the gentle rhythm of a flow class.
Experience the meditative and calming effects of flowing through poses with the breath, whilst reaping the benefits of improved strength and flexibility.
Suitable for all levels, including beginners.
Monthly Restorative and Yoga Nidra Class
Sunday 8th December
This class will begin with floor based slow moving and gentle, restorative stretches to release tightness and deep rooted tensions and stresses stored in the physical, mental, and emotional bodies. To ensure complete relaxation you will supported by bolsters, blankets, blocks and straps
You will then be guided through a short Yoga Nidra (guided meditation) to calm and soothe the mind.
This class is suitable for all levels and is perfect for those who are recovering from injury or illness, stress and anxiety, sleep problems or to just simply relax. It can also balance and compliment more active styles of yoga.
Shambhala Soul Sisters
Friday 13th December
Join us for our monthly class for women.
Friday the 13th is the day of the Goddess - the perfect day to hold circle and take time to gather and honour the Divine Feminine.
On this evening we have Laura from Relax & Revive Therapies coming along to talk about how we can focus on our intuition, and how to tune in to this inner-guide. We will pull oracle cards to bring forth the messages and guidance we need to receive for the coming month.
Then we will move into a relaxing guided meditation, during which you will receive Reiki healing.
There will also be the opportunity to speak/share your story in this safe environment.

Deep Relaxation Class
Sunday 15th December
Price: £15 non-members/ £12 members
This monthly class focuses on complete deep relaxation by calming the flow of thoughts
and releasing tension from the body. A great way to energise and prepare yourself physically, mentally and emotionally for the week ahead.
You will be guided through a sequence of Restorative poses followed by Pranayama (breathing exercises) which will help prepare your body for Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation) where the body becomes asleep but the mind remains awake.
We are then able to connect with our subconscious, unconscious and super conscious states of mind! The main goal of this class is to slow down and restore the mind and body.
This class is suitable for all levels.
