Retreat, Relax & Restore

Join Natasha for a mini-retreat in which you will get the opportunity to take some time out from the busyness of life to unwind, de-stress and recharge your batteries.
Over the 2 hours you will be treated to a quiet, slow moving and gentle restorative practice including myofascial release to help you pause, relax, release tightness, deep rooted tensions and stresses stored in your physical, mental, and emotional body.
We will finish with a deeply nourishing Yoga Nidra (guided meditation) to support you to fully relax and let go.
This class is suitable for all levels and is perfect for anyone who is recovering from injury or illness, stress and anxiety, sleep problems or if you just want to simply relax and take time out for yourself.
