Online 5 Week Beginners Yoga Course

If the thoughts..I can’t touch my toes, I’m not flexible or fit enough spring to mind? Then this 5 Week Beginners Course is for you!
Coming to a yoga class for the first time can often be daunting, so practicing yoga online in the comfort of your own home is a perfect opportunity to learn the foundations of yoga.
Each week you will be led through a selection of basic hatha yoga asanas (poses) with detailed instructions, to enable you to feel confident in developing a regular yoga practice.
The course will also incorporate pranayama (breathing exercises) to help you learn to link your breath with movement, as well as meditation and relaxation techniques to help you relax the mind and body.
Classes are also suitable for anyone who wants to refine or slow their practice down.
Investment: £35 (concession 20%) for 5 week block
Limited to 10 people so that individual instructions can be given. Booking required to confirm space.

Classes will be streamed live through Zoom.
To access the class you can log in through our booking system 15 minutes before the class starts and you will be directed to our live Zoom class.
Classes will be recorded and be available for the duration of the course for anyone who cant make the live-stream classes.
We recommend you familiarise yourself with Zoom prior to the class.
