21 DAYS OF MEDITATION IN MAY
Join us for our 21 Days Intro to Meditation in May practice starting on Monday 10th May with guest teacher Alexia Berta.
Meditation when practised regularly, can help us calm a busy mind, and live more in the present which will help improve our well being, our relationships, in fact most aspects of our lives.
Over the 21 days you will get a taster of a variety of different meditation techniques to support you to create a regular meditation practice. Classes will be daily at 7.15am during the week and recorded at the weekend.
Each week you will increase your time from 7 minute practices a day, to 14 minutes in week 2, and ending with 21 minutes in the last week.
Classes will be daily at 7.15am during the week and recorded at the weekend. Can’t make the time you will also have access to the classes on demand for the duration of the 21 days.
