Our vision is to make yoga accessible, affordable and achievable for all. This includes empowering people to realise their potential by creating a welcoming health & wellness community which gives individuals access to the therapeutic benefits of yoga and other wellbeing activities as tools for change.

Demonstrating our beliefs and values of love, respect, and compassion towards one another we work towards social equality and strive to make yoga inclusive, regardless of people’s race, ethnicity, social, or economical background, genders, ages, abilities, religions, and sexual orientation.

Our mission is to empower and improve the physical, mental & emotional wellbeing of the people accessing our classes.

We achieve this by delivering a range of yoga classes and wellness activities in a safe and supportive environment in our studio, online and outreach in the community that equip people tools, skills & techniques to improve their health and wellbeing and ultimately their quality of life.

Shambhala Yoga’s mission is driven by the understanding and commitment to yoga as a practice that fosters and supports community health and wellness ensuring diversity and inclusion by challenging the cultural, economic and health barriers that exclude people.
