5 Week Continuing Beginners/Improvers Course
Starting Tuesday 19th November
This 5 week course is suitable for those who have completed our Beginners Courses or those who are familiar with basic yoga asanas and have some previous yoga experience.
The course will continue to help you advance in some of the asanas featured in our Beginners course, as well as introducing you to new asanas and techniques.
The course builds week by week, providing you with a solid foundation, more confidence and hopefully the inspiration to go on and try our other classes at the studio.
Benefits of a regular yoga practice include strengthening your body, increased mobility and flexibility, as well as learning meditation and relaxation techniques to help you relax the mind and body.
