5 Week Beginners Yoga Course

Price: £45/(£36 conc) for 5 week block.
Drop ins: £12 are also welcome if space available.
Does the thought of attending a yoga class daunt you? Do the thoughts..I can't touch my toes, I'm not flexible or fit enough spring to mind?
Or perhaps you've been to a few classes here and there, or not practiced for a while. Then these classes are for you.
Each week you will be led through a selection of basic hatha yoga asanas (poses) and will include detailed instructions, demonstrations, props and hands-on adjustments to enable you to feel confident in developing a regular yoga practice.
The block will be split into:
Week 1 - Standing Asanas
Week 2 - Standing/Balancing Asanas
Week 3 - Backbends/Core Asanas
Week 4 - Forward Bends/Twists
Week 5 - Learning to flow through a sequence/Sun Salutations.
Every week will also incorporate pranayama (breathing exercises) to help you learn to link your breath with movement, as well as meditation and relaxation techniques to help you relax the mind and body.
