4 Week Yoga for Better Health & Wellbeing Course

This course is open to anyone and you don't need previous yoga experience.
Over the 4 weeks you will learn tools & techniques to help you reconnect with yourself and improve your physical, mental and emotional health and wellbeing.
You will be given an individual postural and lifestyle assessment to look at specific areas you want to work on and during the 4 weeks we will look at various therapeutic yoga practices including:
*Asanas (physical poses)
You will also learn how to align yourself to the seasons including nutritional advice on foods from an Ayurvedic and Traditional Chinese Medicine perspective.
This course aims to help you explore how total wellness is deeply connected to the choices we make, however in no way does it replace the advice of medical professionals.
Investment for these 4 weeks is £55 (each session is 75 minutes), but if cost is an issue please contact us to discuss.
